ph997 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the member has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise compromised the integrity of the Platform or other members' accounts.
Upon account suspension for Terms violations, ph997 may — at its sole and final discretion — freeze, withhold, or forfeit all or part of the account balance. Where suspension is for non-fraudulent reasons (e.g., voluntary self-exclusion), the account balance will be refunded through the member's most recently used verified withdrawal method after completing any required compliance review.
You may request the closure of your ph997 account at any time by contacting ph997 customer support. Before the account is closed, you will be required to withdraw any remaining balance and satisfy any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. ph997 will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to ph997's customer support team for resolution. ph997 will attempt to resolve all disputes within 30 days of receipt of the written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph997's internal process, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of PAGCOR as the relevant gaming regulator. If PAGCOR dispute resolution is unavailable or inapplicable to the nature of the claim, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
ph997's decision on all gaming disputes — including disputed game outcomes, technical failures, and bonus interpretation — is final and binding, subject only to PAGCOR's supervisory authority.
ph997 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph997 will provide notice to active members through one or more of the following channels: in-platform notification, registered mobile number SMS, or prominent notice on the ph997 website.
Changes take effect on the date specified in the notice, or immediately if no specific date is provided. Your continued use of ph997 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
